UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

Following changes to data protection law, the School has updated its Privacy Notice and Data Protection Policy.

Pupil Deprivation Grant

The Pupil Deprivation Grant allocation for Y Bont Faen Primary is £6450 for the academic year April 2018 – April 2019.  The Pupil Deprivation Grant is allocated to support the needs of children who are or have been eligible for free school meals in the previous two years or are looked after.

In Y Bont Faen we intend to allocate the grant for staffing.  The aims will be:

  • To provide support to overcome additional learning barriers by providing appropriate interventions
  • Set challenging targets
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the funding and interventions
  • Operate effective tracking systems at pupil level
